I’ve just completed the enquiry form - what happens now?

Thank you for your enquiry! Please allow 24 hours for a response. We will organise your free consultation which will either be on site or virtually (dependent on location). Following your consultation, a bespoke project proposal will be sent, inclusive of costs and a vision board.

What does the consultation entail?

The consultation is an opportunity for you to elaborate on your goals for your space, so that we can fully understand how we can maximise the results for you. We will discuss in detail things such as; design, storage solutions, desired goals and time frames.

Do you have set prices?

Pricing is tailored to each client based on the project and the desired outcome.

How do I secure my project with you?

Once you have viewed your proposal and are happy to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to secure your booking date(s). Terms and Conditions can be viewed on our website and will be sent prior to payment. Your deposit confirms that you agree to these terms.

Do you offer disposal of unwanted goods?

We do not handle rubbish disposal. We may therefore recommend a skip or skip bag dependent on the project. For donations, we have a handful of contacts who may be able to offer a collection service but this is location dependent and not guaranteed.
