Terms of Service

1. **Deposit:** A deposit of 50% is required to confirm your booking.

2. **Pricing:** Pricing is tailored to your specific needs following a consultation of the space(s) in question. Quotes are valid for 28 days, and storage solutions are estimated prices. An invoice will be issued upon completion of the project, including our fee and the cost of any storage solutions used.

3. **Payment:** Payment is due within 24 hours of invoice issuance. We reserve the right to adjust rates at any time, with pre-booked projects unaffected.

4. **Working Day:** Our workday typically begins around 9:30 am, depending on travel and concludes by 5 pm. We will coordinate timings with you prior to your project date and promptly notify you of any delays due to traffic. If additional time is required, we'll seek your approval, with an hourly rate of £50 applied.

5. **Cancellation Policy:** Cancellations made more than five working days before the project start date incur no penalty. Cancellations within five working days result in forfeiture of the deposit and any ordered storage solutions costs.

6. **Travel Charges:** We charge £0.45 per mile for distances over 15 miles from NN5, Northampton. Additional road and parking charges apply, including but not limited to ULEZ, Congestion Charge, etc.

7. **Storage Solutions:** We provide necessary storage solutions for your project, occasionally arranging direct delivery to you if transporting volume is impractical. A 10% handling fee applies to all storage solutions ordered.

8. **Decluttering/Disposal:** We do not handle rubbish disposal. You must arrange for donation or disposal of items. For larger projects, we may recommend a skip or skip bag.

9. **Photography:** We capture project progress photos for reference and may share them on our platforms. We will always ask for your permission to be named and if preferred, we'll post anonymously. All images belong to Sorter Sisters.
